Evergreen is an active participant in the green building program known as LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). The program emphasizes recycling and allows projects to earn points toward a sustainability rating. Evergreen works with clients to develop waste management plans ensuring their projects achieve recycling goals and attain the maximum LEED points. Evergreen will develop post-construction recycling programs for new buildings (LEED) and existing buildings (LEED-EB).
