Evergreen is an active participant in the green building program known as LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). The program emphasizes recycling and allows projects to earn points toward a sustainability rating. Evergreen works with clients to develop waste management plans ensuring their projects achieve their recycling goals and attain the maximum LEED points. A few of our successful LEED projects include: the Lied Animal Shelter, Norman Miley Center, The Desert Springs Preserve, and the Molasky Corporate Center.

In addition, Evergreen offers professional consulting services to its LEED customers to develop post-construction recycling programs under the LEED-EB program. Prior to and during construction, our recycling experts consult with building owners, architects and General Contractors to help ensure that recycling space and infrastructure is in place so the future tenants may recycle easily and efficiently.
